Legal Defence Against Hate Speech Laws
Justice for Palestine needs your help to fundraise for a legal defence against the new hate speech laws in Queensland. Everyone deserves to speak out for Palestine. Freedom of speech is fundamental to a free and open society. These new laws are a direct attack on our peaceful movement. The QLD government is attempting to silence our speech on Palestine. They are trying to intimidate and shift the focus from their complicity in the genocide in Gaza. We will not fall for attempts to silence our movement when Palestinians are being starved to death, exterminated and ethnically cleansed. For as long as there is genocide, apartheid and occupation, we will continue to pressure State and Federal government to end its political and material support for apartheid Israel. To continue our campaign we need your financial support. Donate what you can and it will be put towards our legal defence, so we can continue to speak out for Palestine.
BDS Campaign Materials

Legal Defence Fund
Supporting activists who face legal challenges for their peaceful advocacy. This fund covers legal representation, court fees, and support for members who are arrested or charged while exercising their right to protest. The fund provides: • Legal consultation for activists • Bail support when needed • Representation for those facing charges • Know Your Rights training Stand with our community. No one should face legal consequences alone for standing up for justice.

Ferra Engineering is a local weapons company that makes more than 100 different parts for the F35 fighter jets. Israel and the USA are at this very moment, using these F35s to commit war crimes across South West Asia and North Africa. These jets have been used to drop 2,000 pound bombs on refugee tents in Gaza in the last 2 years. They are undeniable tools of genocide. This Brisbane company is the sole global supplier of the weapons adapters that hold and release the bombs that are targeting civilians. They are being made right in our backyard. Join local community members on Monday 30th March at 9am outside Ferra Engineering for a morning of information sharing, food, refreshments and music.
